Taree High School Open Girls and Boys Hockey teams competed in Round 2 of the Combined High Schools Hockey Knockout on Wednesday this week at Taree Hockey Fields.

The boys played Gloucester High School and won 8-0. The Gloucester boys were a strong and skillful side which wasn’t a true reflection of the score. The Taree High School boys dominated the game in the second half with 6 out of the 8 goals being scored.
Goals were scored by Brady Cross, Jayden Manusu, Flynn Pereira and a special mention to Blake Dohnt who scored 4.

The girls played Wingham High School and again won 18-0. The Taree High girls were dominant and outskilled the opposition.
